As per NEET 2019 dress code you can offcourse  wear slippers with low heels as shoes are not allowed in the examination hall. And you can wear flip flops with salwar or trousers.

Yes flip flop slippers are allowed .

As per set dress code by NTA females are allowed to wear either slippers or sandals with low heels only . Shoes are not allowed.
Try not to wear clothes having metal studs as it will get detected in metal detector and you might run into unnecessary problems.
