Is Food allowed into the exam center for NEET? My admission time is 11 AM.

Hey there.

No, food is not allowed inside the NEETexamination hall unless you are a diabetes patient.

The diabetes patients are allowed to carry sugar tablets, fruits like apples and banana. They are also allowed to carry a transparent water bottle with them. Packaged foods like chocolates and snacks are strictly prohibited.

For non diabetic patients, water will be provided at the exam centre itself.

Hi,

No not food, but you can take some chocolates before the exam get started you can eat it for more Concentration.

You must take Hall ticket of Xerox and original

Also take two pens and pencils (which is your convenient and all the things must carry which is mentioned on the admit card.

Students should maintain a distance atleast 6 feet to each other.

You can't take any food items inside the examination hall. It is allowed. You have to leave the food items outside the examination hall. Only diabetic candidates are allowed to carry fresh fruits or medicines inside the examination hall. When you enter the exam room, you should have only the following items with you-
  • Admit Card with Self declaration undertaking .
  • An original Valid photo ID proof.
  • One or two passport size Photograph as same as uploaded in the application.
  • Cover your nose and mouth with mask, wear hand gloves, carry personal hand sanitizer and  transparent water bottle.
  • PwD certificate if applicable.
  • Maintain Proper dress code.

Hi,

No any eatable item is not allowed in the NEET examination hall.

If you want you can carry the food or other necessary things required in the traveling but you will be asked to keep all this outside the examination hall. You can not take it in examination center.
