No, food engineering and production engineering are totally different.
The food engineering are department of agricultural and biotechnology whereas production engineering in department of mechanical branch.

No, the food engineering and production engineering are totally different.
Food engineering is a multidisciplinary field which combines microbiology, applied physical science, chemistry and engineering for food and related industries.
Production engineering is a combination of manufacturing technology, engineering sciences with management science.
