Hey Ravindra !
There's nothing called good college and bad college as such in the arena of medical field.
The only difference in the ranking of the Medical Colleges is caused by the
  • Facilities they provide
  • Infrastructure of the college
  • Opportunities offered to the students
  • Patient Load.
  • Clinical Exposure

And a such few factors.
If you are doing MBBS from a reputed college, the only advantage that you will be getting is that, the Clinical Exposure would help you to develop clinical skills in your life later.
A better ranked medical college would expose you to various cases in the hospitals due to excessive patient load and hence improve your theoretical knowledge by combining it with practical one.

Obviously all this would happen based upon your will to enrich yourself more without which a doctor can never stand, because :
Medical Field expands daily, you need to keep yourself updated.

Hope this helps.

All the Best !
