Hello Tarun , there is no any specific dress code for AIIMS 2019 Like NEET. So you can wear full sleeves. But some rule are applied for the extra items. Candidate will not allow to carry bag, cap, hat , scarf , goggles etc. And it not mandetory , but go in formal dress.

There's no particular dress code specified for aiims like NEET but I would suggest you to avoid wearing full sleeves as you may have to go through strict checking in that case. Try to wear something light and half sleeved also do not carry any scarf, bands, big buttons, clips etc .
