Dear student,

Yes it is necessary to give a affidavit if you have a gap year in between the studying year as it confirms that you are available and have been not involved in any activity that might affect your career and the eligibility of giving the scholarship.

The other documents required are:

1	Aadhar Card Number
2	Bank Passbook
3	Category Certificate
4	Domicile Certificate
5	Enrollment Number
6	Family Income Certificate
7	Fee Receipt Number
8	Latest Passport Size Photograph
9	Qualifying Exam Mark Sheet
10	Student ID Proof
