They havenot mentioned anything about the  year gap in the official website of the college.However,Admission is done through State Level centralized admission process on merit basis. However, admission to 15% seats of the State Quota shall be made at the College level as management quota seats.

You can surely apply to the college even if you have a gap of 4 years.

Also admission in good univ8is possible if you have any kind of work experience in the gap.It just adds value to the candidature.
