No it is not going to be enough to be honest. The syllabus for IES is more compared to Gate and not to forget there is a subjective round of exam in IES too.

there is plethora of differences , except for some common share in disciplines they still have huge differences based on level and exam patterns.

i am assuming that you are asking about UPSE IES exam. So what you need to understand is that, IES is one of the hardest exam in India. Getting enrolled in a GATE coaching will not help you clearing IES, but your hard work will. Yes surly GATE coachings can guide you and educate you in the best way but on your end you need to make full utilization of these sources. You should get yourr basics cleared because for this exam foundation has to be strong.

Yes, they will teach you all the topic exept some. You will have to do hard work and also every time you should remind the syllabus. So don't depend on the coaching only.
