It is a good option to do mbbs in Georgia. One of my friend is doing her mbbs in Tibliss University . You will get a lot of facilities as well as exposure for your studies.  Along with your medicine degree several foreign languages will be taught in the university.

The only demerit regarding this is the expense and accommodation. The admission procedures itself requires a huge amount. More than that accomadation in the college hostel will not be an apt decision. So it's better to stay in a nearby apartment due to safety issues. Which also results in a huge expense 

Eg: Even if you want to use a lift in your apartment a certain amount should  be given during each use
