Hello.
No, GPAT syllabus doesn't change every year , yes , it is true that there is some alteration in the syllabus for 2021, but it won't affect your preparation strategy , so be calm don't bother about it you can prepare for this exam by considering new syllabus, for more query you can refer below link:
