HCL is a good company after 12th to do a techbee program, but the program fees is also there and you will get degree of BCA, with work. HCL has tie up with BITS pillani and Sastra university for BCA program. You will earn salary from this program but you will not exposure here. You will get salary from the age of 18 but, you can not easyli change company, as you have only BCA degree and hcl would not easily leave you. So its tottally your choice and decision. But take decision, keeping in mind about your future.
