You don't need to worry about it and don't listen to the rumours. Haryana Council of Open Schooling (HCOS) Board certificates are completely valid and the candidates passed out from it anre eligible for taking up government jobs. It's not fake at all. You can apply for all the government jobs where minimum qualification criteria is higher secondary school certificate.
