Hello Mukesh Pradhan!
Hemavati Nandan Bahuguna Garhwal University (HNBGU) has three campuses namely-

Birla Campus, Srinagar Garhwal
B. Gopal Reddy (BGR), Pauri
Swami Ram Teerth(SRT) Campus, Badshahithaul, Tehri.

Here Birla Campus, Srinagar Garhwal is the main university campus. In all the campuses of the university, many programmes are available in different disciplines ;be it undergraduate, post graduate or research programmes.
Coming to Bachelors of Journalism and Mass Communication, then this particular course is NOT offered in the university campus. And neither in the other two campuses.
But an integrated course of B.A. (Hon.) Mass Communication is available in the School of Arts, Communication and Languages, University campus, Srinagar.

Hi mukesh!
Ba(hons.) mass communication In Hnbgu garhwal university is of three years.
The total fees for the course is INR 3,750
Year 1- INR1950
Year2- INR 900
Year3- INR 900.
