Dear student,

Different colleges offering MBBS course have their different hostels.
Now that totally depends on you that if you want a hostel then you can stay in it, otherwise you can reside in some other flat or PGs etc.

Also, as you haven't mentioned your college then I cannot predict any college by myself, and also this is not compulsory that MBBS students take hostels because that totally depends on you whether you want to take hostel offered by colleges or not.
