After 10th you can go for diploma courses which are 2 years or some are less than that.

After 12th you can directly go for bachelors degree which will be best for getting jobs.

There are 24 central IHMs, or Institute of Hotel Management, all over India, with the top 4 being IHM Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata and Chennai, in order.

National Council for Hotel Management, Catering and Tourism conducts an all India JEE to intake students.

So, according to my opinion you must go for degree course for longer run. As it'll offer you more stable job and better opportunities.
