Minimum eligibility norm to apply for CAT 2019 is a graduate degree in any discipline with minimum 50% aggregate mark

If you are in the final year of your graduation then you can apply for CAT 2019. However, you have to submit the original degree certificate and other related documents during final process

As the CAT exam wil beheld in NOV month and you wil be in the third year of the graduation your CAT SCORE Wil be valid ,,in case you are stil in second year at time of CAT exam you can appear but the score cant be valid.
