OP aggrawal for chemistry is a good book for JEE but not enough to get very good marks in jee. See for jee there are various other factors like practice, previous year question papers to get the idea for pattern and other things are required. OP agarwal has Good questions but the theory in it needs to be improved. you can also study from JD lee, P bahadur, NCERT, MS chauan, v jaiswal.

IIT Chemistry by O P Aggarwal is indeed a good book. Along with this, you must prepare from NCERT Textbooks of Class 11 and 12 as many questions are being asked directly from NCERT textbook. Another books recommended by experts are Organic Chemistry by O P Tandon as this books has good explanation of topics. Concept of Physical Chemistry by P Bahadur- this book contains set of quality problems that you must solve for better understanding.
