Tarun , you can say somewhat it is same because the JEE mains topics are generated from your class 11th and 12th syllabus only . Only the basis difference is that the way of asking the questions in board, JEE mains and JEE Advance that's why the toppers advice you to go through the syllabus of Class 11th and 12th properly such that you won't fell that the preparation of JEE mains and board is different.
