Purbita there is no separate cut-off in JEE Advanced for a woman candidate.

The government has passed a law that in order to increase the gender diversity in IITs, every IIt needs to have 14% of girls in their batch. So, if this 14% weightage is not fulfilled by the girls from the common merit list in any of the IITs then the rest of the girls will be taken from the extended merit list and will occupy the extended seats in the IITs. So, to fulfil this criterion a separate merit list will be made for the girls later but the cut-off will remain same at the starting stage.

Feel free to ask if you have any more queries. All the best!!

No, Purbita I am sorry to say you won't even be able to clear the cut-off so you will not even be taken into extended merit list. With 65 marks there is no chance. You should look for counselling through JEE Main exam marks.
