Income certificate is only required in case when you are optioning for fee waiver like the one whose family income is less than 5lac or less tahn 1lac so in nit , iiits and GFTIs they hold less tution fee. so to proove your point of view over there you need to show your income certificate.

But these are the condition for the students who take admission into any nit , iiits or iit.
But might your college have some other fee waiver criteria.

No. Income certificate is not required at the time of admission in engineering college. Various colleges and universities having different process of admission, so just follow that rule.

According to Most of the university,  you have to sit for entrance examination. But income certificate is not at all a requirement.

There's no need of providing income certificate at the time of counselling. If you have used any category to get admission, you need to provide cast certificate at the time of counselling.

Hi ! No, income certificates ere not required in engineering admission. You only have to give an approximate ideas of your father's income. No such certificates are required actually. So obviously no date issues are there. So hope you understand and best of luck to you.
