Dear student,

Both information technology and information science are good branches.
But talking upon these two branches, then there is not much difference in both. But both differs each other at some aspect in engineering fields and in digital world.

Information Technology is a sub part of cs branch where you have to deal with websites, different type of web-services, do the coding for different programs, Databases, and designing of softwares.

On the other hand, information science is mainly biased on more analytical and mathematical concepts and tells us how to process, store, move and handle information.

So if you want a branch related to cse then you can opt for information technology.
