Your overall expected rank will be around 69520.You can calculate your expected rank by the formula (100-your total percentile)*869010/100

Where 869010 is the total number of candidates appeared in January session.You have not mentioned your category assuming that you belong to general category considering 2019 cut off for IIIT, Naya Raipur you may not get seat.

Talking about JoSAA counselling you can fill any number of colleges participating in this counselling and any branch but make sure that you fill the colleges and branches you are interested in.
