Every document mentioned in the required documet section for availing EWS  certificate is necessary. However, if you hav eno land/property papers then you must prove it ( either you have been living on rent or allotted a residentt by the company your father or mother must have been working in). Whatever the case scenario is, you hav eto prove why you do not have any property under your name.

For more details I would advise you to visit the Sub-Divisional Officer  of your current residential area. You may even consult a practitioner of law once incase you face any problems inmeeting with the Sub-Divisional Officer .
