Both are mor eor less equivalents except fact that CSE ha smore demand and scope because subject base is broader compared to ISE.

CSE covers both software, hardware and network integration aspects.

ISE is more jnclined towards software aspects.

Syllabus has minor differences, overall both are equally good enough.
