Yes, you can opt for MBA  after completing your BCA. By doing MBA after BCA then you will get exposure of both IT /CS and Management studies .By BCA you will be able to tackle IT related problems and get a good knowledge about computer related things along and by MBA you will get good knowledge about the management related things. But if you want to go for MBA then you should get good college by cracking exams like CAT, XAT, NMAT etc.

But If you are good at coding then you should go for MCA from a well recognized institute.
