Yes AICTE and PCI approved college is valid for b. Pharma. 

PCI is the standard recognition or approval of the governing body of pharmaceutical society.

So to be a professional pharmacist,you must have the college which should be PCI approved. Only AICTE approval won't do betterin case of B.Pharm colleges.
