No both of these items are not allowed to be carried by the candidate for NEET exam and if you're found possessing them, you'll be asked to return them to any guardian that are accompanying you till the entry gate.

You'll be provided with ball point pens and as for the clock, there'll be a wall clock in every room so don't worry for loosing a track of time.

It's wise to read the admit card at least thrice before entering the examination hall.

No wrist watches, no pouches are allowed. You will be given pen in the examination hall and there will ba a wall clock in the exam room. You only need to carry your Admit card, passport size photograph and a Valid id proof. This year, along with your Admit Card and Valid Id proof, you should also carry your Mask, Head gear, gloves and a sanitiser to be careful.  NTA released the following protocols:

• Contact less frisking will be ensured.
• Time slots will be staggered for Reporting to the exam
• Contact less verification of documents
• Candidates will have to carry a self declaration regarding their Corona free health status
• Candidates with more than required body temperature will be allowed to take the exam in isolated rooms

And then you need to report to the exam hall atleast an hour before the exam for checking. And then regarding the dress code, either for girls or boys, it needs to be simple with no big buttons or embroidery or metal chains hanging. No jewelry of whatsoever metal will be allowed. And no watches or electronic gadgets will be allowed. Simple sandals are allowed but not shoes.

No, Neither wristwatch nor pen is allowed,as in case of watch they will provide a wall clock in every room and will also provide pen to write in the exam.So both of them are not allowed,if you will bring them they will make you keep them outside the center and will not allow to take the belongings inside.
