plastic and Polymer diploma can change to Automobile BE
You can only change your branch after first year every university and college provides the option of “branch change”, so that if any doubt still prevails in the mind of a student after taking admission in first year, he/she can then change his/her respective branch in second year. But, there are certain criterion which you have to be fulfilled.
1- Your CGPA must be at-least 8.5 or above in 10 scale. (This is most vital but it varies from university to university)
2- You must have no backlogs in your 1st year.

i got bit mesra chemical plastic and polymer engineering.. so can i join the collage or not ... plz tell which is best choice..
Since you have not mentioned the other options you have in your hand, I cannot tell you which is the best. But if you are getting Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra for Engineering in Chemical Engineering (Plastics and Polymer) then you can consider it for admission. The college is good and offers decent placement to its students with a average placement of 7 lpa. However, the college is a bit on expensive side. but you are good enough then you'll be able to grab opportunities and justify ROI.

How is SLIET Longowal for chemical engineering? Is it right option over HBTU oil, plastic, leather technology and MMMUT chemical engineering in spot round?
According to your question and taking into consideration that you want to know about the placements in sliet longowal for chemical engineering.
The chemical engineering branch is pretty average but it is still better than other colleges given in the question.
can i do chemical engineering plastic and polymer in bit mesra . is this good collage for to gov job. plz suggest me.
BIT Mesra is indeed a very good college to join for the bachelor's program. It rank at the 38th position in engineering colleges over India and offers very good placements and packages. Getting into an institute, will not give you any government job. For doing a government job, you need to appear for certain procedures which do not see the institute in which you have studied. However, companies provide a good salary package if you join a good institute and it also depends upon the placement cell of that institute.
Which one should I choose? HBTU (Oil, Plastic, Leather, Food/technology) OR Gftis in CSAB GKV Haridwar (EE),GGU Bilaspur (ME),SLIET Longowal (ICE),HNB Garhwal (ME),NIFETEM Sonipat (FT).College tag or branch preferences reply please as soon as..
I suggest you to choose NIFTEM college. This is the best college among the list with good placements, academics and faculty.
