If you complete your MBBS from foreign then you have to give one test conducted in india to practice in India.

is there any difference in faculty & opportunities provided in India & in foreign???

I cannot say anything on this matter. they claim a lot, but who dont claim. there are few career guiders who can help you you may talk to them on this matter. they will help and guide you in a better manner....
google the helpline no of edunom and talk to them they might help you.
