It is not good to take electrical engineering over cse since ,the streams are very different .
Computer science is the stream where you can learn about network security, cloud computing and programming courses .
Whereas,electrical engineering deals with power electronics ,instrumentation engineering ,control systems .
I suggest to take computer science since now a days the world is revolving with programming

Computer Science engineering is the best engineering field in 2018. But if you are so inclined towards electrical you shoud go for it. it is the 3rd best engineering fields after computer science and mechanical.
