Yes, it is compulsory to attach Category Certificate while submitting your application form for JIPMER.Candidates belonging to OCI or OPH category or reserved community/castes such as OBC, SC and ST who fail to upload and produce relevant category/caste/community certificate may have their applications or admissions rejected.

It is as per the guidelines provided by the JIPMER conducting body.
