* Yes , it is compulsory to fill states retention form in last round of maharashtra neet councelling if not filled earlier because if you  a have  got a seat and you want to confirm the seat without any other  preferences of upgrading for better choice, then you shoukd  fill the status retention form. So,  as we know retention form like a  kind of confirmation of the alloted seat by the candidate. And keep in mind that once, you fill the status retention form, than you will not be eligible for for further upgrading the choices in the next round of counselling.
