Hello aspirant,

I would like to inform you that Mathematics in your 10+2 is not a mandatory or compulsory subject to give ACIO exam. So candidates who have not opted for mathematics in their higher studies are also eligible for ACIO exam.

The eligibility criteria for ACIO exam:

  • The aspirant needs to be an Indian Citizen
  • The aspirant must have graduated in any stream from a recognized university
  • The age of the aspirant must be less than 27 years and there is also age extension limit as per the guidelines of GOI

There is no eligibility of having Mathematics in 10+2 for the IB ACIO examination. So the Mathematics in 10+2 isn't compulsory.

The eligibility criteria suggests-

  • The aspirant needs to be an Indian Citizen
  • The aspirant must have graduated in any stream from a recognized university
  • The age of the aspirant must be less than 27 years and there is also age extension limit as per the guidelines of GOI

I hope this helps. Wish you a great afternoon!
