Is it compulsory to join AIQ 1st allotment seat before taking free exit?

Dear Vidya, you are required to join the allotted college and complete the admission formalities and only then can you exercise the option to participate in subsequesnt rounds of counselling and five willingness for upgradation at the allotted college during admission process. You can take a free exit only if you join the allotted college.
