Is it compulsory for me to join in 2nd round counseling to get my refund after free exit in 1st round?

To get refund after 1st round in NEET UG Counselling 2019 in case of non allotment of any seat or not willing to join the seat in allotted college, one may opt for free exit and don't have to go for further process/2nd round or allotted college for any formalities, you'll be automatically consider for refunds.
