No, it is not compulsory to carry coloured print out of your Neet examination admit card

You can carry either black and white or coloured print out of your admit card , both are acceptable

This is because

There is no rule or compulsion that your neet admit card should be coloured

But as coloured one is more clearly visible so coloured admit card is more preferable

Now , that you still have time left for your neet examination I'll suggest you to focus on your preparation and revision, go through mock test paper sample papers and previous year question papers as it will let you know your preparation level and and weak areas so that you can work on them and perform well in your examination.
