BTech IT and BTech CSE are similar kind of course and offers similar opportunities in the industries. Aspirants who want to be programmers and want to work in IT companies are interested this kind of course. Despite of this CSE and IT have some difference which is of great significance.

CSE is a more elaborative field than IT. This field not only goes with the software but also teaches you about the Hardware, Computer Architecture etc. Thus CSE have more spectral gratings than that of IT in terms of the subject matter. IT mostly focuses on Data Management, Programming and web development, software development etc. IT don't cover the wider paths as covered by CSE.
