Dear Aspirant,

It will depend on the level of the question paper but generally speaking a score of 150 to 160 should be enough to get you selected in AIIMS, Delhi. During my time, I attempted 163 questions out of 200 (I don’t know my exact score as AIIMS did not declare any score in that year) and I got 30 AIR.
