hi

hope you are doing well

Ans. Yes, NCERT is enough to study theory from, in order to score more than 330 marks in Biology. This is so because the questions that are asked in the exam are from the NCERT book. Only around 10 questions are asked from outside but this can also be solved by referring to other NEET Preparation books. But you need to practice more for the numericals and when you have sources like youtube ,careers 360 you can score much better in confident way. And reference books increase your speed and acuracy

so sure you can prepare neet by ncert enough to qualify

Hello Aspirant,

By only reading ncert textbook it won't be enough to prepare for neet exam. You need to refer other books also which will help you in getting thorough with all the topics both in ncert and other books.

You can refer other books to get thorough with the topics, the books you can refer are-

  • Concepts of Physics by H.C Verma
  • Physics Chemistry by OP Tandon
  • Concise Inorganic Chemistry by  JD Lee
  • Objective biology by Dinesh
  • Objective botany by Ansari.

I hope it helps

Thank you

Hello Dear Aspirant!
You cannot completely rely on ncert books, for neet. Ncerts are important but not sufficient. Specially for Biology you cannot cover everything from ncerts. Though for physics and chemistry nverts build a solid foundation which can help you in having a good conceptual clarity. After ncerts move on to standard books like hc verma for physics, truemans biology, pradeep/dinesh for chemistry but start with ncerts first then only move on to these standard books.
This will help you to have a solid hold over concepts thereby tackling questions easily. Start solving previous year questions as soon as you a topic.
Hope this helps!
All the best :)

Hello!!
NCERT is definitely the core book for the preparation of NEET there you will get all the information which is sufficient for the examination but if you want to secure a good rank you should prefer some other books as well but since we have very few months left I won't suggest you to read many books ,
For biology read NCERT as many times as you can and then solve previous year paper try to write all the questions which you fail to answer.
For chemistry -
Read inorganic from NCERT that is enough but for physical solve question paper of past years that will give you an overview of the pattern of question asked, try to make a short note of formulas of all the chapters.
For organic you can prefer your  coaching module, and NCERT
For physics question practice is the core task, read the summary of NCERT and solve previous year.
Thanks
