Good to see you ask question like this.
In advanced exam it is possible to ask question like this as you have to type the answer in points to the nearest.
In advanced exam there will be no ambuiquity in question the say give answer to nearest number for example.

In JEE MAINS 2021 July session... in an integer answer type question of chemistry they asked to write the answer by rounding of to nearest integer.. as if 20.7 is the answer in the answer key the answer given is 21(rounded-off) but i have written 20.7 in the input box... Will I be granted its marks?
