Admission in Engineering college generally based on the Entrance exams happening according to individual eligibility criteria ..and it mainly depends on academic qualification year.Like  , to appear for JEE MAIN 2022, a candidate need complete his/her 12th in 2020/2021 or 2022 appearing .

Well, there is no age limit to appear for JEE MAIN . But in placement case, most of the recruiters companies have age limits to apply for job .. you may get job as per your age at the time of  graduation but you may get few chances to apply for job more than once in any company .
