NCERT at your fingertips will definitely fetch you a good rank. NCERT is the gold standard book for all 3 subjects specially for biology. 85-90 % of questions usually asked from NCERT. Read the book thoroughly and revise multiple time as much as possible. As time left is very short,  go through previous year question papers and online mock tests. All the best.
