Hey, As international business deals with import & exports, choose a country with good economy as well as international relations. These 2 factors affect overseas trade and thus increasing your job placements and industry exposure.
Apart from these, the University will matter too.

If i had to choose from the above 3, i would probably choose GERMANY, for the obvious reasons.
