Its not that tough to get into AWH Special College. The admission occurs through Calicut University Common Admission Process(CUCAP). The admission procedure involves only overall marks and marks in biology which converted into a parameter called "Index". There are both merit quota as well as management quota. But for both of the seats you should pay Rs.19,500 per semester.

If you are interested in some other courses, you can go for that in your B.Sc. and then do M.Sc. Genetics/Genomics/Human Genetics etc. The various PG courses related to Genetics are available in various colleges.
