As per the eligibility criteria, The candidates must be permanent residents of Madhya Pradesh. The candidate must have completed his/her higher education, i.e., 10 ^th & 12 ^th from Madhya Pradesh. Only the candidates who satisfy the above domicile rules are eligible to register for MPPSC 2021 exam for state services.

Candidates must hold a Bachelor's Degree from any recognised University or equivalent qualification. Candidates possessing professional and technical qualifications, which are recognized by the State Government as equivalent to a professional or technical degree.

So yes, you need to have done your 10th and 12th from Madhya Pradesh only to appear for MPPSC exam.
