Good to know that you want to pursue trending streams. As both CSE and IT are almost same branch you can choose any of them depending upon your interest.

As placements in both the streams are really good and in future there will be more demand of CSE/IT so career scope are also good in both the streams.

But now you have to decide between colleges that either you go for vasavi  or cvr as there is no more difference in between these two colleges regarding infrastructure, faculty.

I suggest you to go for cvr as you get more number of placement opportunity,
