Well, to become a part of a Cabin Crew Team in any airlines you need to study and do one of these following courses:-

1) Diploma in Cabin Crew Services and Hospitality Management

2) Diploma in Airline and Travel Management

3) Diploma in Tourism Management

4) Diploma in Hotel Management

5) Diploma in Aviation and Hospitality Management

6) Diploma in Airline Cabin Crew

7) Certificate Courses in Air Hostess/Flight Purser

They aren't tough to clear as long as you can speak good English.
