Let us consider your complete scenario based on this and previous queries. If you have completed your class 12th with PCM background and also have completed your B.Tech but now you want to do your intermediate again with PCMB Background then it would not be the wise decision although you are eligible for doing so, the reason being is that now after gaining all good qualification you are eligible to move further then why you want to go back and if you again start with PCMB then you will have spend your two years again which is not needed even until and unless you are extremely desirous to make your profession in Medical field. So if you again want to go for PCMB than you have to go with NIOS and your B.Tech certification will not loose it's value, but whenever you will be using your B.Tech degree for any purpose then along with that you have to use your class 12th marksheet of PCM background otherwise with new marksheet of PCMB background you will be considered as invalid candidate. Your PCMB degree will not be considered with your B.Tech degree because to be eligible for B.Tech degree the candidate must have passed his/her class 12th with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as mandatory subjects and if you use your PCMB certificate with B.Tech degree then it will be cancelled immediately because of the fact that your B.Tech is completed before being eligible for it. So take care of this. Also note that if you want to add Biology in your academic background then you can only apply for Biology through NIOS but if you want to improve your marks in PCM as well then you can appear for improvement through NIOS and then after your NIOS marks will be considered for these subjects.
