Dear Sravya, you haven't mentioned which entrance exam are you enquirig about. Neverthless, if you do not want to claim EWS reservation, you can skip submitting the relevant documents. EWS certificate is required only if you want to claim EWS reservation. Or else, you will be considered under General Category because EWS reservation is a sister clan of General Category.
