is it possible to add ews certificate in second counselling in certificate verification if forgot to submit it in first counselling certificate verification. please respond.because I didn't got seat in first phase..

Hey aspirant,
I do not know which counseling process you are talking about. But you have to submit your documents for verification on the round where you have got a seat in most of the counseling processes. So you haven't got any seat in the first round so basically there was no process to be followed. And if you get a seat in second round you can do that very conveniently.
